Thousands of people across the UK cannot access the internet on Thursday morning as problems persist with Sky Broadband.
Internet connection was lost for people across the country on Wednesday evening and still appears to be down on Thursday.
The latest issues appear to be linked to a massive outage that affected hundreds of customers across the UK from 7pm last night.
Sky confirmed that the issues that plagued customers last night prevented some of them from connecting or making / receiving phone calls from their landline. The firm has not confirmed whether the issues reported this morning as a continuation of last night’s issues or a new issue, reports. The Express.
Independent website DownDetector, which tracks customer reports on social media to monitor web service performance, reported a huge increase in complaints from Sky Broadband customers last night.
At its peak, some 2,329 customers were concerned that their broadband connection was not working every minute.
Complaints started to rise again this morning as people scramble to find out they still have no connection.
