PRESS RELEASE Paris, December 1, 2020 – 5:45 p.m.

Successful asset refinancing – Containers Business

Touax announces today that it has successfully refinanced the asset-backed facilities of its Containers division for a total of US $ 75 million, compared to US $ 60 million previously, combining a Term Loan of US $ 37 million and a US $ 38 million Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) with a two-year maturity. The documentation provides for an accordion option, allowing the line to be scaled up to US $ 85 million, to support growth.

This operation allows the refinancing of the existing asset portfolio as well as the financing of future investments. Touax Container Asset Finance Ltd will therefore continue to invest for its development, in particular in the purchase of equipment for rental purposes.

The financing is granted by ABN AMRO Bank NV, ING Belgium SA / NV and NIBC Bank NV

Touax was advised by Stephenson Harwood (legal advisor).

We are very pleased with the renewed confidence of our ABN and NIBC banks and delighted that ING is now also supporting our Containers business. This financing, the overall cost of which has decreased, is part of a strong market context and will enable us to meet the needs of our customers all over the world ”, commented Fabrice and Raphaël Walewski, managing partners of the Touax Group.
