Wagga’s Graeme White returns to racing at Sky Racing | Daily announcer

sport, local-sport,

Wagga sports journalist and veteran administrator Graeme White will make a TV return to Sky Racing this week. White, 55, will return to Sky Racing as one of the race day hosts for meetings of the Southern District Racing Association (SDRA) and other parts of the state. White previously worked for Sky Racing, but spent the last 10 years as General Manager of the Wagga Harness Racing Club (WHRC) before his departure last year. “It is a privilege to work for Sky Racing again in a role that I have always loved and always missed when I took on the role of harness racing,” said White. “I made a lot of close friends from running which has been my life since I was a teenager.” I look forward to bringing some of the atmosphere of the meetings to the audience and portraying the stories of the participants. “White will take over the post left vacant by the departure of John Scorse earlier in the year and work alongside former jockey Chynna Marston. White began her new role at the Sapphire Coast race meeting on Monday and will chair Wagga reunion next Monday. Reporters are working hard to provide local and up-to-date news to the community.
